Schnitzel with potatoes and roast meat

Ingredients
400 g minced meat
100 g roast meat
2 potatoes
1 egg
1 onion
salt
1 tsp mustard
1 tbsp flour
4-8 tbsp grated cheese
fat roasting
red pepper
pepper
Method
The meat is ground once again with roast meat, potatoes and onions, kneaded with egg, salt and pepper and forms of schnitzel. Instead digest the meat, roasted meat and onions can be cut very finely and grate the potatoes to a grater. Schnitzel is rolled in flour and place in a small tigancheta with hot fat. Fry from one side, turning a shovel and from fried side smeared with mustard. In the middle is placed in a pile of grated cheese. Schnitzel bake in a hot oven for ten minutes. Sprinkle with paprika and serve.
