Ingredients
1 cup (200 g) semolina
1 cup (200 g) sugar
1/2 cup (100 ml) sunflower oil
3 pm .ch. (600 ml) of water
20 g butter
1 vanilla
rind of 1 lemon

Method
Meal fry in the oil until browning, add the sugar and fry again. Add hot water, jib and stir well. Put back on low heat, add vanilla, grated lemon rind and the butter. Pour into a platter and cut into pieces.
