Semolina halva without frying

Ingredients
1 cup (200 g) semolina
1 cup (200 g) sugar
1/2 cup (100 ml) sunflower oil
1 vanilla powder
pinch of cinnamon
nuts of your choice

Method
In dry container is heated semolina, stirring constantly until a light golden color. In separate bowl mix sugar, 2 cups (400 ml) of water, the oil, vanilla and put on the stove to boil. The resulting mixture is poured meal. Mix and, after taking the syrup with tissue and cover. After 10 minutes, pour into dessert bowls and sprinkle with chopped nuts and cinnamon.

Many successful recipe! ... And of course delicious!

This is definitely the preferred recipe for semolina halva me. The taste is the same, except saving frying.
