Ingredients
1 kg zucchini
250 g minced meat
2 onions
1 carrot
3 eggs
2 tbsp flour
150 g cheese
50 ml milk
sunflower oil
salt, pepper, mint
Method
Courgettes are grinded and mixed with 2 eggs, 1 head grated onion, flour and spices. Minced meat is kneaded with spices and grated carrot and grated onion. In a greased glass pan with sunflower oil to put half the zucchini, then mince spread and then another layer of zucchini on top and sprinkle with a little sunflower oil. Bake on the lid closed until soft courgettes. Grate the cheese very finely, kneads has milk and egg. Remove the lid, put it topping and bake.

Something like moussaka with zucchini planed. Interesting proposal, which will necessarily try. I just replaced the mint dill / but that's my taste /.
