Smothered in butter leek and cheese

Ingredients
1.5 kg leek
125 g butter
150 g feta cheese
200 tomatoes
salt
Method
Leek cut into small pieces and stew in the butter with tomatoes also chopped, while the fat remains. Mix with grated feta cheese and serve.
