2 chicken legs
200 g mushrooms
1 large carrot
1 onion
pepper 1
2 yolks
1/2 lemon
salt
parsley

Method
Chicken meat is boiled in salted water. Remove and boned. In broth put all the vegetables coarsely chopped. Boil until ready vegetables. Then add the meat, chopped, and let simmer for five minutes. Yolks mixed with lemon juice, break very well and thicken the soup. Sprinkle with fresh parsley and serve.
