Spaghetti sauce with broccoli and minced meat

1 carrot
150-200 g broccoli
250 g minced meat
2 peppers
1 small onion
100 g eggplant
1/2 tsp ketchup
2 tbsp mayonnaise
basil, savory, oregano, salt
other spices of your choice or any univesalna spice
2 tbsp sunflower oil
boiled eggs (optional)
Carrots cut into chunks or strips (to remain slightly crispy in the sauce). Other vegetables also cut all together and sauté for 3-4 minutes in oil to soften slightly. Add the minced meat and spices and then another 4-5 minutes valley water, enough to cover and leave to simmer. When the mince is ready, put ketchup and mayonnaise, boil another minute and the sauce is ready. Optional, it can be crushed boiled eggs.

recipe is my husband and now for the second or third time running it. Note only that ketchup and spices are optional. Basil is separate, but use obsession for some baked mince and generally it is content. Ketchup may be replaced with tomato or tomato paste, little nutmeg and cloves.
