Sponge cake with apples and raisins

3 eggs
150 g sugar
100 ml sunflower oil
100 ml milk
10 g baking powder
3 cups flour
1 vanilla
3 apples
can and cinnamon of your choice
100 g raisins

Eggs are broken down with the sugar, add the oil, then little of the milk, a little of the flour, baking powder which is, again, a little sunflower oil, still a little milk, a little flour again - all of the parts are put. Put flour until a thick liquid dough. Add grated apples and mix everything, but with a wooden spoon to the blender and finally add vanilla. In cake form, greased and floured put half the mixture on top distributed raisins and pour the remaining cake mixture. Bake in moderate oven at 180C for 40 minutes or until ready, depending on how you bake oven.

Petya, looks great! A wonderful combination of apples, raisins, cinnamon, I add walnuts. When put raisins / nuts, other dry fruits / always Roll them in a little flour to not fall to the bottom and is distributed evenly in the cake.

and I put nuts, but I caught the wild they have to break them, and cinnamon is optional that not everyone likes cinnamon
