Steaks with a meat garnish

Ingredients
4 steak 150g
80 g savory bacon
100 g sausages
2 onions
2 carrots
1 thin slice chervil
16-20 mushrooms
40 g butter
fat for frying
pepper
salt
2 pickles
Method
Onions, carrots, chervil and mushrooms, chopped, sauté in the butter until soft, add salt and scatter a pinch of pepper. Steaks are salting and fry on both sides. Add steamed vegetables, chopped cucumbers, salo, cut one side as a comb, and sausage, cut on both sides like a twig, and put ten minutes in very hot oven.
