500 g strawberries
400 g of yogurt with 4.5% fat
290 g sour cream
20 g gelatin
2/3 cup sugar
1 vanilla
red jelly cake or strawberry topping optional
Method
Soaked gelatin instructions Packaging way. In bowl, beat the yogurt, cream, sugar and vanilla in a smooth cream. To the cream add chopped or mashed strawberries as we have left a few for decoration. Finally add the dissolved gelatin in a water bath and mixed well. Pour the resulting cream in the form of cake or other suitable container that is covered with polyethylene foil and arrange biscuits on top by gently pressuring them to get into the cream. So sweet prepared to leave at least 6 hours in refrigerator to set well. Turn form on a suitable plate and decorate with sliced strawberries, jelly cake or pour strawberry topping. * Instead of biscuits can be used and ready cake base with your right size. * Replace'm strawberries and cherries, pitted course.
