Stuffed veal breast with minced meat

Ingredients
600 g beef brisket
150 g minced meat
1 egg
20 g feta cheese "Parmesan"
1 sprig parsley
1 slice white bread
fresh milk
40 g butter
2 tbsp (20 ml) white wine
salt
Method
Make a pocket in the breast deboned and sewn on one side. Bread soaked in milk and then slightly crushed finely, mix with ground meat, grated feta cheese, parsley, egg beaten with salt and chest are filled by sutured and the other end. Add salt, place in oven, add a piece of butter, pour the wine and a little water and bake in a low oven until soft, from time to time pour the sauce.
