The peppers are washed and dried. Prick with a fork to air out. In a pan heat sunflower oil. Fry the peppers are. Once the fry are peeled and cut lengthwise into 2 or 4 and rank in portion plates (preferably tablespoons). On them rank sliced raw tomatoes. On tomatoes evenly distributed crushed garlic. Sprinkle with chopped parsley. Top dish watered or the rest of the oil for frying, or a simple sunflower oil. Spot vinegar so as to obtain a light sour taste. Serve 10-15 minutes to seasoned peppers. Becomes especially spicy and put 1-2 fried chillies per serving.
