Ingredients
1 kg plums
200 ml water
100 ml apple cider vinegar
60 g brown sugar
2 large cloves garlic
1 tbsp cinnamon
2 pinches of paprika

Method
Washed cleaned and plums cut into pieces, place in a container for boiling and pour water, apple cider vinegar, add sugar (commonly used), spices and crushed garlic. Boil until tender of plums. soften plums crushed (Strain) through a colander or Strain with blender to get a smooth mixture. After the mixture becomes homogeneous again put to boil. The hot sauce is added to the dry, warm jars. Close airtight lids. Jars turn down the caps to their full cooling. Suitable for breaded meats, cheeses.
