Tarator with parsley

Ingredients
2 cucumbers (300 g)
1 stalk green garlic
1/2 bunch parsley
400 g yogurt
2 tbsp olive oil
salt

Method
Garlic and parsley finely and bruised . Add salt and mix with olive oil. Peel cucumbers and grate. Was added to the garlic and stirred. The milk was stirred with 200 ml water and stirred with cucumbers. Serve chilled with a sprig of parsley.
