Tomato sauce for pizza, spaghetti, lasagna

Ingredients
10 kg tomatoes
1 kg peppers
1 kg carrots
3 onions
1 head of garlic
1 tbsp basil
1 tbsp oregano
300 ml sunflower oil
100 g sugar or 1 cup honey
salt and pepper

Method
In a deep pan (cistern) fine-cut tomatoes, peppers, carrots, onions, add the peeled clove of garlic, basil and oregano, pour 500 ml water and put the fire to boil. After boil 30-40 minutes remove from heat and leave to cool a little. With colander scoop the mixture and drain water that has placed the tomatoes (it is discarded). Drained tomatoes put in a deep bowl and blend in the blender to puree. In a flat bowl suitable pan put the oil and heated Pour the tomato puree, add sugar and cook to the desired density. Shortly before removing the fire season with salt and pepper. As cool a full jars and sterilize 10 minutes.
