Tripe-soup with yogurt

600 g beef tripe
400 g yogurt
2 egg yolks
2 tsp red pepper
1/2 head garlic
vinegar to taste
7 tbsp sunflower oil

Tripe boiled, remove and cut into pieces. In a separate bowl whisk two egg yolks with yogurt, put on the fire, stirring constantly boil after boil add the broth and chopped tripe and salt. Cook for about 10 minutes. In a separate pan fry the oil with red pepper and pour in the finished tripe. When serving wish served with crushed garlic with vinegar and cayenne pepper.

In this variyant is a great soup for those cold winter days.

I do not know why, but my broth cross with BUILD, I kept the recipe but disappointing

I could not figure out how much to it, boil were built from the egg and yogurt and then everything and pour broth and gut you. Should not boil as thickener with the ladle to take the broth to put in thickener and then itself thickener to pour in paunch. I have not done never yogurt and do not know how it works. will try first one then the other option and probably so will have to figure out how exactly, I have no idea

When is almost boiled BUILD pour boiling broth wish added paunch and already a matter of taste

There are those who have been more delicious way. A better option for me with fresh milk just do not like.
