Universal rolls - II type

Ingredients
400 ml milk
4 eggs
1/2 cup sunflower oil
40 g fresh yeast
1 tsp salt (if savory)
3 tsp sugar (if sweet)
about 1 kg of flour
for stuffing, jam or cheese

Method
Yeast dissolved in 100 ml milk, warmed together with 1 tbsp flour and 1 tsp sugar and wait it rise. In the sifted flour do well and add the eggs beaten with sugar (as you pay one yolk), the oil, yeast and salt or sugar, depending on what we do muffins, savory or sweet. Knead into a soft dough, leave to rise. Then rolled and cut into triangles, put stuffing, jam or feta cheese, rolled up and put in greased pan. Again allowed to rise, brushed with egg yolk and bake.
