Vegan cabbage with rice and leeks

Ingredients
1/2 sour cabbage
1 stalk leek
1/3 cup rice
1 vegetable stock cube
1 tsp pepper
1 tbsp paprika
1 tbsp flour
1 cup sunflower oil

Method
Cabbage is cut into small pieces and put to boil with a little water for about 30 minutes. Separately at least the oil fry the leeks, chopped, and rice. When semi, rice mixture to cabbage, add the flour, red and black pepper, dissolved in a little water. Pour the remaining sunflower oil, then crushed cube vegetable broth, make 1 cup water and everything is left to the slow fire until boil off and the fat remains.

For a long time I had not thought about this dish. Thanks that reminded me. But I do with it in the oven and leave the red pepper optional :). Today made it. I added snimchitsa :)
