Vegetarian dolma pancakes

Ingredients
# For the pancakes:
250 ml milk
3 tbsp flour
3 eggs
# For topping:
250 ml milk
3 tbsp flour
3 eggs
# For the filling:
4 tbsp butter
600 g cabbage
50 g rice
1 carrot
20 g celery
200 g onions
1 potato
pepper, salt
parsley
# For the white sauce:
yogurt
lemon juice
mayonnaise
salt
garlic - optional

Method
With eggs, milk and flour cook pancakes. Chop and stew, to which is added the carrots and celery, chopped. The resulting mixture stew. Put rice and chopped cabbage and sprinkle with salt. Then pour the water and filling boil until tender vegetables. Add spices eventually. Prepare white sauce of yogurt, mayonnaise, salt, lemon juice and garlic clove optional - ratio is a matter of taste. I prefer mayonnaise prevail. The pancakes are coated with white sauce, filled with vegetable stuffing and arrange in a greased tray. Pour the beaten topping and bake in a moderate oven.

Yes, for which I apologize. The sauce is made from yogurt, mayonnaise, salt, lemon juice and garlic clove optional. The ratio is a matter of taste. I prefer mayonnaise prevail.
