Apricot behind grille

500 g apricots (peaches, plums)
200 g butter or margarine
200 g sugar
3 eggs
10 g baking powder
600 g flour

The butter mix with sugar and vanilla . Add the eggs. Add flour with baking powder confused in it and knead dough. Apricots are cut into cubes. 2/3 of the dough is poured into a greased rectangular shape with dimensions 20x30 cm and spread his hands on the bottom. Arrange the apricots. To the remaining dough add a little flour and roll. Cut into strips. Strips are lining grate on apricots. Bake in a preheated 180 C oven for 25-30 minutes.

The recipe is from *dishes in bowls,* but that edited 3 times, did not appear.Otherwise, the cake is very tasty, but if you love more - sweet add 50 grams of sugar.

Really tasty cake :) I know a similar recipe, but instead put apples apricots;)

I did it with margarine. Is delicious. Recipe is correct. I thought to increase the baking time oshte least 10 minutes. To get loose, sandy dough as cool cake shte slightly soft. I think I'll try and red fruit.

Make this cake-pie, but with jam / marmalade and know it by the name *Pasta Flora*.
