Baked bread - II type

1/2 old poizsahnal bread
150-200 g feta cheese
4 eggs
3-4 tbsp sour cream
2 tbsp olive oil
black pepper, salt
dry rosemary or basil taste
3-4 tomatoes
Bread and the feta cheese cut into thin slices. Eggs, cream, a pinch of salt and olive oil are broken together. In a pan pour a little of the egg mixture on top ranks row of slices, cover with line feta cheese, which is sprinkled with pepper and rosemary or basil. Laying continues in the same order until the products after each row of bread Pour egg mixture to the bread may well be watered and not to remain dry. Ends with a row of feta cheese. The dish is baked in an oven at 220-250 C for 10-15 minutes. Once the mixture is postegne little on the dish pour tomato - minced meat or chopped very finely and sprinkle with pepper. This dish will try mandatory. Love their cheese cake of dry bread which I do often, but a little variety would be nice. Bravo that there are men who offer good recipes. Jump in Favorites.

I Sym rules similar but with other products and cut all the bread squares. With your products a try for lunch tomorrow - sounds to me very tasty
