Banitsa with mayonnaise

Ingredients
500 g filo pastry sheets
2 eggs
1 and 1/2 cup soda
250 g mayonnaise
300-350 g feta cheese
flour for rolling
oil - sunflower oil or margarine

Method
Take 3 sheets of phyllo and smeared with grease between them. Put in the crumbled feta cheese on the top sheet and the leaves are rolled. Cut into pieces 5-6 cm in length. So proceed with the remaining pastry. Each piece in flour and add some rank to each other in a greased tray. Mayonnaise mix with eggs and carbonated water and this mixture is poured over the pieces. The tray is placed in a cold oven and then switches to a moderate temperature. Finished banitsa sprayed with water and cover with a towel for a few minutes to choke.

shown arrangement of sheet Image / she is picked up by me / is not correct. Cut pieces of sheet rolled in flour do not line up with the cut, like snails and put to bed in the baking pan.
