Banitsi with hand rolled pastry

3 sheets of filo pastry manually sach
1 cup milk
1/2 cup sunflower oil
1 cup yogurt
1 tsp salt
2 eggs
200 g cheese

Beat eggs with milk, yogurt, salt and the oil - without the feta cheese. Stretch one sheet and sprinkle with a tablespoon of egg mixture - blur brush, sprinkle with crumbled feta cheese over the leaves, put another sheet on top and repeat the action, then the third piece of the same thing-as you leave half of the egg mixture. Furl a tight roll, paint the entire roll with egg mixture cut in two parts, put them in a tray and put in the fridge for 1 hour. Then cut the rolls into pieces 1 finger thick and arrange them in a pan with a silicone mat or littered with paper one another with cut up. I water them with 1 tablespoon of the egg mixture and bake in a preheated oven at 180C degrees.

Many good are these wafers, next time we will pastry is thus :)

xevi since I discovered it this way just so you do them-heme are easy, yet are more economical products from, yet quick to prepare and are delicious and are both great appetizer for guests ...

banichka were great, thanks for the great recipe :) Sheets were my 4 (I forgot to look at how many grams are as buy again will clarify) and about 3/4 of the mixture spilled on them, then added another 1 egg and a little milk for topping, respectively, and a little more cheese inside.

xevi glad you are that you liked patties recipe stand-improvisation-can and kashkavalche to them rasne top and some podpravchitsa sashto..ama really become mekichki and vkusni..a and easy to implement ..

Very comfortable patties left me a little today and took them for a walk :) I will certainly try them with any supplements, many rights for improvisation. I forgot to mention that replaced the oil with fried with paprika oil.
