Ingredients
          1.5 kg beef ribs
          200-300 g mushrooms
          1 stalk leek
          2-3 carrots
          2-3 onions
          500-750 ml beef broth
          1/2 hours. h. red wine (dry white)
          2 tbsp tomato paste
          30-40 g butter
          3 cloves garlic
          4-5 sprigs of parsley
          1 tsp thyme
          sunflower oil for frying
          pepper, salt
              Method
              In a pan getting hot a few tablespoons sunflower oil and fry the ribs until golden. Then transferred in a clay pot and fat reserves. Onion cut into quarters, carrots and leeks - slices and fry in the fat from ribs. Pour the wine, broth and tomato paste, put the garlic cloves, thyme and pepper and boil for 2-3 minutes. Then transferred to the pot, add the parsley, Cover and stew in a preheated 180 C oven for 2-3 hours. Prior to the pot out of the oven, the mushrooms are cut and fried in a pan of hot butter until browned. Serve as a side dish to the main course.
