150 g Blend cottage cheese
1 tomato (harder)
egg 1
2 tbsp semolina or breadcrumbs
50 g flakes ready mashed potatoes or oatmeal
30-40 g grated cheese

3 tbsp milk (2 tbsp water and 1 tbsp yogurt)
salt, pepper

150-200 g thick yogurt
1 clove garlic
finely chopped dill and parsley to taste
