Cake with blackberry jam (raspberry, strawberry)

Ingredients
4 eggs
1 cup sugar
1/3 cup sunflower oil
1 cup milk
2-2 and 1/2 cup flour
10 g baking powder (1 packet)
1/3 cup jam blackberries, raspberries or strawberries
1/3 cup chopped walnuts

Method
Eggs are broken with sugar cream, which should double in volume. Gradually add the oil, milk and flour sifted with baking powder. In a buttered and floured cake elongated shape with size 36x9 cm pour a little more than half of dough dispensed sweet (can be used and other jams) and sprinkle with the walnuts. Cover with the rest of the dough. cake bake in moderate oven - 180 C preheated. Once cool can be sprinkled with powdered sugar.

Olya, they oblazyavam for blueberries! And tasty and useful fruit; Aliana, I think there is no obstacle to use the jelly. This cake can be made with marmalade or jam. Even now comes to my mind and imagine - on the sprinkled with powdered sugar cake can be scattered pieces jam / jelly or other sweets /. Or even before the roast on top layer of dough to line up goals walnuts, for example along the walls of the baking tin. All fantasies!

My son is not very sweet things, but yesterday a few times going to the baking pan and took their cakes. I am no fan of sweet and salty, but the cream cheese is unsalted and is a good combination of sweet, even so I do and cheesecake - in the middle put jam and walnuts.
