Carp with pepper

Ingredients
600 g of meat carp
1.5 l vinegar
150 g carrots
150 g celery
150 g onion
1/2 cup (100 ml) red wine
black pepper
thyme
dafnnov sheet
1 clove garlic
lemon juice
salt
Method
Crush a few grains of pepper, add bay leaf, thyme, garlic, vinegar, 3 tea cup . (600 ml) of water and boil for half an hour. Strain the broth, add the wine, the chopped vegetables, onions and boil. Put clean portions carp, salt and lemon juice and boil for 15 minutes. Serve with boiled potatoes.
