Ingredients

1/2 cup chopped onions
1 tbsp finely chopped parsley (or dry)
1 cup sliced ​​mushrooms
2 tbsp flour

1 cup sour cream

1 cup grated Cheddar cheese
Method
Onions, mushrooms and parsley sauté in 2 tbsp butter 7-10 minutes. Add flour, pepper and lemon juice and fry about 2-3 minutes. Add cream and drained green beans and stir well.
