Chicken with cauliflower

Ingredients
1 chicken
3-4 tbsp sunflower oil
2-3 cloves garlic
1 lemon
1 head cauliflower
butter as walnut
pepper
salt
1 tbsp flour
Method
Chicken cut into portions and stew in the oil, add the lemon and chopped cloves of garlic. Make 2 cups hot water and add salt. Separately boiled in lightly salted water Chopped cauliflower florets. Ready chicken is removed in a fireproof container and around it ranks cauliflower. The rest of the chicken broth and boiled cauliflower sauce, which thicken with flour. Add the butter, sprinkle with pepper dish and pour the resulting sauce.
