Chicken legs with feta cheese and smoked beer

Ingredients
4 chicken legs
150 g smoked feta cheese
100 g cheese
1 cup beer or white wine
30 g butter
2-3 tbsp sour cream
salt
basil
chopped parsley
flour for rolling
pepper
Method
Chicken thighs seasoned with salt and pepper, rolled in flour, fried to redness and rank in the glass pot. In court on hot stove is broken the butter, cream, diced processed cheese and grated cheese, 1 cup beer and 100 ml water. The mixture was stirred until a thick slurry. Add salt, pepper and basil to taste. Legs pour the sauce, cover with lid and bake at 200 C for 15-20 minutes. Serve sprinkled with chopped parsley.

As the home legs are not honored will make the dish with chicken or fillet steak.
