Ingredients
500 g chicken livers
1 onion
2-3 garlic cloves
1/2 lemon
1/3 cup sunflower oil
salt
pepper
1/2 tsp mixture of dried oregano and thyme
parsley

Method
Finely chopped onion stew in fat, add well washed livers and salt. Stew under lid until ready livers. Sprinkle with the crushed garlic, dried spices and pepper. Stew for another ten minutes. Sprinkle with lemon juice and chopped parsley.
