Chicken livers with mushrooms

Ingredients
1 kg chicken livers
4 onions
400 g marinated mushrooms
5 peppers
3 tomatoes
1/2 cup white wine
3 tbsp sunflower oil
pepper, savory, cumin, salt
Method
Stew in a clay pour the oil and 1/2 cup water. Wash and dry the chicken livers are placed at the bottom. Onion cut into rings, peppers and mushrooms - strips and add to the livers. Grated tomatoes and put in a pot. Flavored with spices. Pour the wine. Bake about 40 minutes at 200 C. The finished dish sprinkle with parsley.
