Chicken with rice and vegetables in Chinese style - II type

2 chicken breasts
2 onions
2 carrots
2 peppers bell peppers (possibly different colors)
50 g mushrooms
2-3 stalks celery (without leaves )
2-3 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp sesame
# For marinade the chicken:
1 tbsp natural starch
1 clove pressed garlic
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp wine
# For the sauce :
125 ml soy sauce
1-2 tbsp grated ginger
100 ml Oyster Sauce
2 cloves pressed garlic
125 ml sherry or another wine
300 ml chicken or vegetable broth
3 tbsp natural starch
1/2 - 3/4 cup Basmati rice cooked

Chicken meat is cut into thin strips. Products marinade mix, add the chicken and stir well until the marinade evenly cover all stripes. Leave in the refrigerator for 15 minutes. In a deep dish Heat a tbsp olive oil and chicken fry until golden. Pour into another container. Sauce: All products (without starch and a small amount of broth) were mixed and placed in a container until boil. Fell to the heat and leave over low heat about 10 minutes, add the starch dissolved in part of the broth and stir until sauce thickens. Pulls sideways. Vegetables: Cut in large pieces. In the court of chicken becomes heated remaining olive oil and place the vegetables. Fry is about 3 minutes, then add about 30 ml water, and stifling further 3 minutes. Add chicken, stir and pulls off by opening the lid to not stew more vegetables. On the cooked rice is placed part of the vegetables and chicken, pour the sauce on top and sprinkle with lightly roasted sesame seeds. * We like vegetables are crisp, slightly stewed. At your discretion, may extend the time for steaming. * The sauce is savory, but is served with steamed rice and vegetables, which do not put salt balance is achieved. * brew rice in rice cooker. B houses obuzhavame China will test it mandatory. I have a little trouble when I make basmati rice, but I will try to do better next time. Thanks

I hope you like it :) If you have a rice cooker, rice is easy.

If you have to bowl and rice cooker at home, should be export tent that will place it where to store all utensils already. But it is a great idea to have all the amenities you might think of something.
