Ingredients
1 (800 g) chicken
1 cup (200 g) rice
60 g butter
savory
pepper
salt

Method
The chicken is boiled whole in salted water. Rice stew in fat, then pour 3 cups chicken broth and boil until is tender. In an oiled baking dish pour rice and put it on the chicken. Sprinkle with pepper, savory and salt and bake in the oven. Serve with salad season.

Classics of the genre, before I put it to zape4e, shred 1-2 carrots, like that of intensity.

Frankly I do not do chicken right, but there is no sense of a new recipe because of a different method. I put raw chicken in the baking pan, rub it with pepper and salt, put him a little water, wrap it with foil and bake until almost ready. Then pour 6 cups boiling water, put salt, pepper, garlic and passaged 2 cups rice. Back in the oven without the foil until the rice to absorb the water. Quantities are indicative, just the way is another. A roast chicken has a completely different taste, not like boiled.

I do chicken with rice in the same way, except that instead put garlic onion :)
