Method
The chicken is boiled whole in salted water. Rice stew in fat, then pour 3 cups chicken broth and boil until is tender. In an oiled baking dish pour rice and put it on the chicken. Sprinkle with pepper, savory and salt and bake in the oven. Serve with salad season.

Frankly I do not do chicken right, but there is no sense of a new recipe because of a different method. I put raw chicken in the baking pan, rub it with pepper and salt, put him a little water, wrap it with foil and bake until almost ready.
