Chicken with vegetables

Ingredients
250 g chicken breasts
300 g vegetables of your choice - carrots, cucumber, corn, peas, onion
20 ml sunflower oil
250 g of tomato paste
30 g of curry powder
20 g turmeric or ginger
salt and pepper

Method
In a saucepan heat them and sent down the fat shredded meat. Fry until white and add coarse vegetables, also chopped. Under cover fry 1-2 minutes, then remove the casing and add the remaining vegetables and tomato paste mixed with spices and 250 ml warm water. We leave on the stove to boil until soft vegetables served with rice.
