Ingredients
          4 egg whites
          250 g of powdered sugar
          1 tbsp (10 g) cinnamon
          350 g hazelnuts, walnuts or peanuts almonds
          sugar

              Method
              Egg whites are fighting in the snow. Gradually add powdered sugar. The mixture begins to harden. 4 tbsp of it is released into the bowl. To the remaining mixture add the ground nuts. If using almonds, pre-boiling water to speak a little to take away from their bitterness. Sprinkles cinnamon and mix well. Scatter on crystal sugar surface spread the dough 1 cm thick. Cut out stars. Lining up in a buttered baking dish and allowed to dry for about an hour and a half. Then smeared with remaining mixture. The stars are baked in moderate oven.
