Cottage cheese cookies

250 g unsalted cottage cheese
2 eggs
4 tbsp sugar
pinch of salt
1 vanilla
10 g baking powder
250 g of flour (2 cups 200 ml)
1-2 tbsp milk spreads
sugar for sprinkling

With mixer or spoon stir until smooth blend the cottage cheese, sugar, eggs, salt and vanilla. Add pre-sifted flour with baking powder. Blended into a soft, slightly sticky dough. Divide into 16 equal pieces that with moistened or oiled hands, shape into balls. Arranged on a tray on baking paper, a short distance from one another, because a slight swell Bake in preheated oven at moderate temperature - 180C for 12 minutes. Remove pan from oven, brush dipped in milk are coated cookies and sprinkle with granulated sugar (currently had no milk, so that coated them with water, but line by line - because they are hot, dry immediately and sugar can not engages well - that paint a row, sprinkle with sugar and continue with the next line). Tray back in the oven again and cookies baked until golden.
