Cream cottage cheese and egg yolk

Ingredients
400 g cottage cheese
80 ml milk
80 g butter
80 g sugar
1 egg
1 vanilla
Method
With mixer crash macerate butter, sugar and egg yolks until made of foam. Add strained cottage cheese, milk and vanilla. Again Beat well with mixer. The cream is served cold.
