Ingredients
1 head cauliflower
40 g butter
50 g flour
1 cup milk
2 yolks
100 g cream
2 liters of water
salt
pepper
Method
Cauliflower Boil and drain the water. The flour is mixed with the butter smooth mixture and diluted with water. Add cooked cauliflower and allow to simmer. Cauliflower is passaged, add milk, salt and pepper. Beat the egg yolks with the cream and carefully add to the soup. When serving soup decorated with small cauliflower florets separated before the passage.
