Cream soup with potatoes and bacon

Ingredients
200 g potatoes
100 g onion
100 g bacon
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp sour cream
salt, white pepper
Method
Potatoes are clean, peel, cut cubes and fry for 2-3 minutes in the heated oil. Pour 500 ml hot water, add finely chopped onion and cook everything for about 10 minutes or until the potatoes ready. Add cream, seasoned with salt and pepper and soup passaged. Bacon cut into strips, which are roasted in a dry pan or in preheated oven to 150C degrees for about 10 minutes. Before served, portions are served with bacon strips.
