Croquettes cottage cheese and potatoes

Ingredients
1 kg potatoes
250 g cottage cheese
4 tbsp cornmeal
2 eggs
1 onion
pepper, savory, salt
sunflower oil for frying
butter
breadcrumbs

Method
Cook potatoes and peel. After cooling Strain with the cottage cheese. Chop onion and fry until golden. The butter is allowed to stir and is tender with the yolks of the eggs are then added to the cottage cheese and potato. They added onions and flour. Taste of taste. Mix and form croquettes 2-3 cm thick and 6-8 inches long. Rolled in breadcrumbs and fry on all sides in hot sunflower oil. Then drained of excess tissue from sunflower oil and serve.
