Ingredients
200 g butter
200 g sugar
4 eggs
250 g flour
1 tsp baking powder
# For the cream:
3 eggs
1 cup sugar
2 tbsp starch peach
2 tbsp flour
800 ml milk
# For the jelly:
1 jar (800 ml) peach preserves
20 g gelatin

Method
Products dough beat with a mixer. Pour dough into oblong baking dish and bake 25-30 minutes at 180 C. For the cream milk is boiled and added to it the beaten eggs with starch and flour. Boil cream. Fruit compote of drip of juice. The gelatin is soaked in a 2-3 tbsp water and added to the roiling juice compote. Cool to gel easily. The finished base cream is applied. Top rank fruit compote. Pour jelly and smooth. Leave in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours. Dessert is served cold and optional can be topped with ice cream.
