Dolmas sauerkraut with black rice and shrimp

Ingredients
1 sour cabbage
500 g black rice
350 g small shrimps
2 onions
4-5 cloves garlic
carrot 1
black and red pepper, salt
sunflower oil
optional parsley, mint and curry
Method
Stew in sunflower oil chopped onion and carrot, add the prawns and finally the rice. Forge filling with spices and salt. Pay the leaves of cabbage and shape dolmaschki. Cover with a plate, pour the water 2-3 inches above the plate as black rice needs more cooking time (or follow the instructions for cooking time on the package) and boil on medium heat until absorb water.
