With mixer mix the butter with the sugar, add the egg and beat until the mixture is fluffy cream . Add flour, fruit juice, fruit peel, baking powder and salt and kneaded very soft dough. Cover and put in the fridge for about 30 minutes. Roll out the crust thickness of about 5 mm and cut figurines. Arrange in a lightly oiled baking tray. Sprinkle with sugar. Bake 10-12 minutes at 170C or slightly pinkish at edges. They move into a grid to complete cooling. * Instead sprinkle with sugar, can decorate with icing egg white from a egg white, a few drops of lemon juice and about 150-200 g of powdered sugar or ready almond marzipan pastry with colored paint.

Many beautiful cookies and how to glaze decorated?

Thank steffanell. The first two pictures are decorated with glaze protein: a protein, a few drops of lemon juice and about 150-200g sifted powdered sugar 2 times. Whip with lemon juice until foaming, add the sugar a few times while stirring. The glaze should be smooth and put it into a cone and cut about 1 mm hole should leave a thin, long, unbroken line that does not spill. If you thought rare, add sugar if dense few drops of lemon. The other two photos I used ready almond marzipan pastry with colored paints.

Thank you dear for comprehensive response, lit me with these thy beauties of creation.

Very beautiful, delicious and certainly will try them
