English muffins

Ingredients
1 cup milk
3 tbsp sugar
7 g dry yeast
1/4 cup melted butter
6 cups flour
1 tsp salt

Method
Milk is heated on a hot plate until it makes bubbles. Remove from heat, it was stirred until the sugar is melted and allowed to cool to room temperature. Yeast put in 1 cup hot water, stir and leave for 10 minutes it rise. In a bowl mix the milk, yeast, melted butter and 3 cups of flour. The mixture was stirred well. Add the salt and the remaining flour and enough flour to make a soft dough. The dough is kneaded, put it in a greased bowl, cover and leave in a warm place to rise. Roll out a sheet with a thickness of 1-2 cm. With a cookie cutter or glass to cut circles. Circles are arranged on a tray covered with cooking paper and sprinkled with cornmeal, and on top sprinkle again with cornmeal. Cover with a cloth and leave for half an hour to rise. Bake in heated an oily pan for about 10 minutes on each side. Can be served warm or to go in plastic bags and then time be served cut in half and warmed under the grill. Topped with butter, jam, jam, feta cheese or optional.
