Fish in Krumovgrad

Ingredients
1 kg of fish
1/2 cup (100 ml) vegetable oil
40 g butter
3-4 heads (250 g) onion
1/2 head (50 g) celery
2-3 (150 g) tomatoes
10 cloves of garlic
3-4 (250 g) potatoes
mint
Method
Salt fish is cleaned, washed, cut into pieces and add salt. The fat is heated in a pan and sauté it until soft chopped onion and celery. Add tomatoes, chopped and fish. Peel the potatoes, washed, cut into rings, add salt and arrange the fish. The dish is placed in the oven and bake until ready. Season with crushed garlic and mint. Serve warm.
