Fragrant potato soup

2 large potatoes (about 300-350 g)
1 carrot
1 green pepper
1 large onion
2 cloves garlic
egg 1
2 tbsp yogurt
pepper, salt
by 1/2 tsp red pepper, basil and lovage
1 tsp savory
6-7 equal tbsp tomato paste
1 tsp universal spice (optional)
1/2 bunch parsley
50 ml sunflower oil
Cut vegetables. In a saucepan heat them the oil on medium heat and fry the carrots first 5-6 minutes. To add another 5 minutes pepper and garlic. Put the onion and half the spices (except paprika, parsley and universal spice). Cover with the lid with a lid for about 5-6 minutes and can, therefore, less time to reduce the heat. Add the potatoes and stir. Dolly water, enough to cover the potatoes and leave to boil. Add red pepper, universal spice noodles, the remaining half of the spices. Dolly water already according to the desired density. Beat the egg and yogurt and zastroyvame (nice to pull the pan from the heat for not cross). Add the tomato paste and salt. Parsley put on the already finished soup, and even better - serving.
