Ingredients
5 chicken legs
200 g coconut
3 eggs
50 ml sunflower oil
salt

Method
Legs are put salt and leave to stand. Boil well. Eggs are broken and legs are immersed in them, then rolled in coconut. Fry in hot sunflower oil until golden.
