Fried croquettes of boiled meat

Ingredients
400 g of cooked meat
100 g of ham or smoked breasts
1 bunch roots soup
1 tbsp vegetable oil
1 onion
5-6 mushrooms
4 tbsp strong wine
parsley
1 thick slice of dry bread without crust
2 eggs
salt
pepper
1 Allspice
1/2 tsp mustard
30 g butter
2 tbsp flour
1 cup broth or water
frying fat
grated cheese
Method
Meat, ham, bread and parsley is chopped. In the vegetable oil sauté chopped onions, roots and mushrooms soup, savory with a pinch of salt, and withdraw from the fire. As cool down is added to the meat. Add one egg yolk, salt, powdered spices, wine, mustard and kneads dough relatively tight. Make a thick bechamel sauce of butter and flour and dilute broth. Boil, stirring, and boil to thicken. Pour in the dough is kneaded again. Are made croquettes (meatballs), PANIC in egg and breadcrumbs and fry in very hot oil. Sprinkle with grated cheese and serve.
