Fried tomatoes with cheese

Ingredients
8 hard tomatoes
60 g feta cheese
1 egg
flour
breadcrumbs
pepper
salt
sunflower oil for frying
Method
Tomatoes are dipped briefly in boiling water, peel, carving is the core and fill with grated feta cheese, which is well mashed. Salt the tomatoes on top, sprinkle with pepper, rolled in flour, beaten egg and breadcrumbs and fried in plenty of oil. Serve cold.
